After completion of ADOH peer facilitator training and the pre-certification application, ADOH trainees are eligible to apply for certification through C-SASI, the accrediting body. 

Those who receive ADOH CPF certification are eligible to apply for membership in C-SASI by enrolling in the learning programs appropriate for their licensure or certification. After completing their program and gaining certification, to remain in good standing requires renewal of the certification every two years from the date the certification was first issued.
